How do I request a return ?
Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us, if you change your mind, we accept return of products. Our policy lasts 30 days after the product is purchased. Please contact us on our website by chat, contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your refund was approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable):
· Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We will evaluate the condition of the product and based on missing parts, packaging damage and signs of use, we will establish a partial refund amount that ranges from a minimum of 10% to a maximum of 50% of the total cost of the returned item.
· Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com, we will be happy to assist you.
Sale items ( if applicable ) : Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Can I exchange y product ?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, another item, or you want a refund, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will be happy to assist you. You must return the item to us and the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refund: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges: Benndy will pay for the return and delivery of the new product and a tracking number will be sent to you.
How do I cancel my order ?
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order if the product was shipped.
